EPINEPHrine 0.3 mg, injection, IM

EPINEPHrine for infusion 5 mg + sodium chloride 0.9% (vasoactive drips) 250 mL, IV Drip, Titrate by 1 mcg/min, Every 2 minute, Max Dose 10 mcg/min, Q5m vital signs x2 after every titration dose change, otherwise vital signs as already ordered

glucagon 1 mg, injection, IV Push

NS Bolus 1,000 mL, Infuse Over 60 minute, injection, Bolus-IV

Oxygen, Face Mask, 100% FiO2

Pepcid 20 mg, injection, IV, q12h

Reverse Trendelenburg

Solu-Medrol 125 mg, injection, IV

Solu-Medrol 40 mg, injection, IV, q6h
